I reached out with a question about my order and just never heard anything back for days. I even tried the contact form again, but still nothing. Maybe they were backed up or something, but it definitely didn’t feel very reassuring. If you run into an issue, I’m not sure you can really count on getting help quickly. Frustrating overall

Maybe I just assumed it would be easier to handle, but this ended up making a mess pretty much everywhere. From the way it felt while using it, I could already tell cleanup was going to be annoying, and it definitely took a lot longer than I thought it would.

For some reason, this took forever to wash off. I thought cleanup would be quick, but it ended up being way more of a hassle than I expected.

I ordered because I was under the impression the packaging would be discreet, but it wasn’t even close. The box had enough details on it that anyone could pretty much figure out what was inside, and that was really embarrassing.

I get that not everyone cares about that kind of thing, but I absolutely do. If a company hints at private or discreet shipping, then it should actually be private. I’m upset about it and won’t be ordering again

I don’t know what I was expecting, but this definitely wasn’t odor neutral to me. It had this weird smell that I noticed right away, that kind of defeats the whole point. Like, if something is supposed to be neutral, why am I sitting here wondering what that strange scent is? Not a fan.

Just a heads up, I had a really hard time getting this to mix properly. No matter how slowly I added the water or how long I stirred, it kept clumping up on me. I ended up wasting a good amount of it and then had to deal with a sticky cleanup afterward. i wouldn’t bother with it unless you’re prepared for the hassle...

I wanted to like it, but it just felt a little overpriced for what I ended up getting. I ordered it after debating for a couple days, probably while making coffee and pretending I wasn’t checking my cart again, and I was expecting the value to be a bit better. Once shipping and the extra costs were added in, the total felt kind of high. Maybe it’s a better fit for someone else, but at this price I don’t think I’d buy it again...

I’ve had it for a few months now, and so far it’s still fine. I can’t really compare it to a ton of others, but I haven’t noticed any weird smell or anything like that yet

Sometimes they have exactly what I need, but other times a few things are just out of stock when I check, which gets annoying. On top of that, having to go through verification over and over again makes the whole thing feel more frustrating than it should.

I gave this a try, but it didn’t really work the way I was hoping. It wasn’t slippery enough for my liking and dried out quickly, so I had to keep reapplying. Overall, I personally wouldn’t buy it again.

I can’t say for sure, but the bottle and powder just felt off to me compared to the J-Lube I’ve bought before. I asked about whether it was authentic and didn’t really get a clear answer, which made me trust my gut even more. I wouldn’t order it again.

The tracking barely updated, support took forever to get back to me, and every time I thought I had an idea of when it might arrive, the timeline seemed to shift again. It felt like the goalposts kept moving. By the time the package finally showed up, I was already too annoyed to be excited about it. I wouldn’t say it’s worth the hassle if you’re buying internationally.

I used J-lube.net and felt good about the privacy side of things. Checkout was quick and discreet, and I didn’t get the vibe that my info was being passed around all over the place. That said, I also kind of wish the privacy details were easier to spot, even though I didn’t really feel worried while ordering. So yeah, I’d say it felt solid overall, just not quite 5 stars for me.
